Changing peoples’ lives through career education along with community involvement is a hallmark of every Everest institution. We also believe that campus staff members and caring students making a positive impact on the community is the right thing to do. Some of the ways students and faculty members plan to participate in the community include:

Student Ambassador Program
Student ambassadors at the Hamilton Mountain campus provide peer-to-peer support through the Student Services network. As a result, students involved in the program are motivated, given needed support, recognized for their efforts, and made to feel appreciated in their efforts to excel.

Student and campus staff members are also encourage to take part in events that support the community whenever possible.

Regional Interests
The John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport on the Hamilton Mountain at Mount Hope is nearby. Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum, located at the Hamilton International Airport, is a remarkable collection of vintage aircraft. Volunteers are happy to spend time telling personal stories of World War II missions and their own unique experiences.

Transportation Services
The Hamilton campus has parking for those driving to and from school. If taking public transportation, check with schedules and routes at the Hamilton GO Centre, GO Transit.
